These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the betjb website and its associated services ("Platform"). Registering with betjb or using its services indicates that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

To open an account with betjb, the following requirements must be met:

• One Account: A maximum of one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.

Accounts created with false information will have all deposited funds forfeited and will be permanently closed. Members are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential — and are fully accountable for all activity on their account.

The following limits and rules apply to all financial transactions on betjb:

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be refunded. betjb maintains its own monitoring system to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your account tier and payment method. For standard members, withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. betjb reserves the right to hold larger withdrawals pending verification.

The following general rules apply to all members when placing bets on betjb:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in cases where the match is cancelled or suspended.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the bet will be settled at the original odds.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Betting Limits: Each market has a maximum bet limit, which varies by tier and event.
• Live Betting: betjb is not liable for any losses resulting from connection issues during in-play betting.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or technical fault, betjb reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets. Bets linked to suspected match fixing or corruption may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers at betjb are subject to the following general terms. Specific terms for each bonus are listed separately on the respective bonus page.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 5–20x the bonus amount).
• Validity: Most bonuses expire automatically if not used within 7–30 days.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Minimum Odds: Each bet placed for bonus wagering must have minimum odds of 1.50.

Each voucher code may only be used once and must be activated within its specified validity period. No alternative benefit will be provided in exchange for an expired voucher.

The betjb VIP Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier has its own point requirements and benefits.

• Points are earned on qualifying bets — 10 points for every ৳1,000 wagered.
• Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be subject to tier demotion.
• Betjb reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
• The points-to-cash conversion rate is subject to change—check the latest rate on the VIP page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjb and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus system abuse or arbitrage betting
• Using software or bots to place bets
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Transactions
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Bets linked to match-fixing or corruption

In cases of fraud, betjb reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and pursue legal action.

• Your registration details are used for identity verification and payment processing.
• Members' betting data is analysed solely for service improvement and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• User data is never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

Members who wish to close their account may contact the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure — bonus balances will be forfeited.

Betjb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If a discrepancy is found during identity verification
• When suspicious financial transactions are detected
• By Regulatory Order
